II. Access, plans, and payment
Access is provided according to the plans listed on the pricing page.
Payment is made in advance for the selected period. Auto-renewal is not performed.
Payments are processed by trusted partners. Card details are never stored on VK.watch servers.
Access to the service is granted immediately upon payment. By completing a purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once access is provided.
III. Using the service
You must comply with applicable law and these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date.
Without written consent it is forbidden to bulk export data, share access, reverse engineer the service, or otherwise disrupt normal operation.
IV. Service rights
VK.watch may suspend or restrict access if terms are violated or payment is missing.
Functionality and UI may change without prior notice. We announce significant changes in the interface or via email.
Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access and is not considered a breach of obligations.
VK.watch may transfer rights or obligations under these terms to a third party without user consent.
V. Data processing
We process only the data required to provide the service: account details, technical logs, and payment metadata without card numbers.
Important notifications are sent to the email specified during registration and/or shown in the interface.

VI. Limitation of liability
